Australia Day Sydney Festival Ferrython
Courtesy of Tracey Croke at Oz Factor
Vogue cover girl Samantha Harris modelled something very different from her usual catwalk couture for the Sydney Festival on Australia Day.
The David Jones model joined forces with pinup mate Jake Gordon and put on a GenerationOne T-Shirt to support the campaign and officially kick-off the 37th Ferrython race from Circular Quay.
“I hope in the future that one day there will be no stereotyped Indigenous Australians and that we’ll all be known as Australians with no labels,“ said Samantha.

by Jessica Festa (RSS feed) on Jan 31st 2012 at 3:00PM

What Do We Do At traveljunkies?
At traveljunkies we promote businesses in the travel, tourism and activities industries.
We started back in 2002 as an “early day blog” for scuba diving and skydiving, but it soon became clear people wanted more than that and other activies such as whitewater rafting, rock climbing, skiing and all kinds of water sports, as well as accommodation and travel soon got added.
Today we have over 3000 businesses in traveljunkies covering most activities in nearly every country in the world.
So if you want to go trekking on horseback in Mongolia we have several businesses listed who are ready to serve you.
We promote businesses by giving a FREE ADVERT (totally free, no strings) on our website.
We also offer various paid advertisements that are the best value for money on the Internet and you’ll find our prices here.
All payments for advertisements are via Paypal so you don’t pass on credit card details or your bank information to us. Paypal is completely secure, easy to use and you don’t need a Paypal account.
Again, if you want to know more or would like your free advert for your business, just give us a few details
